Academy 2 is a progressive gymnastics class for athletes who have mastered beginner skills and are ready for more challenge. Gymnasts continue training on vault, bars, beam, and floor with a focus on strength, form, and skill refinement. This 1.5-hour class provides more time for focused instruction, helping athletes build confidence, consistency, and readiness for advanced recreational or team-track gymnastics.
