Academy 1 is a beginner-level gymnastics class for kids ages 6–8, designed to build strong foundations across all four Olympic events: vault, bars, beam, and floor. Gymnasts will learn proper technique, improve coordination, and develop strength and flexibility through fun drills and skill progressions. This class focuses on building confidence, body awareness, and a love for gymnastics in a positive, encouraging environment—perfect for new or returning athletes!
