Parent & Me (18 months–3 years) is a fun, caregiver-participation class designed for toddlers to move, explore, and build confidence in the gym. Together, you’ll rotate through safe, age-appropriate stations like soft obstacle courses, balance beams, bars, trampolines, and beginner tumbling. We’ll practice listening, taking turns, and following simple directions while strengthening coordination, balance, and body awareness. Perfect for busy little movers and their grown-up buddy.
