Academy 3 is a 2-hour progressive gymnastics class designed for athletes who have demonstrated strong fundamentals and are ready to take their skills to the next level. This class offers advanced training on vault, bars, beam, and floor with an emphasis on power, precision, and technique. Gymnasts work on more complex skill combinations, increased strength and flexibility, and improved artistry. With extended class time, athletes receive detailed coaching and individualized attention to prepare for competitive team opportunities or advanced recreational gymnastics.
