Kindergym is the perfect introduction to gymnastics for our youngest independent movers! In this playful and structured class, children build strength, balance, and coordination through age-appropriate skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor. Through games, obstacle courses, and creative movement, little gymnasts gain confidence, body awareness, and a love for staying active. Kindergym focuses on developing listening skills, following directions, and celebrating every small success—all while having tons of fun!
